All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless sold on backorder or preorder status. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Inoculum Group offers $5.99 flat shipping on all accessory items. This excludes Ammo Cans and FFL Regulated product categories.
All other shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping carrier you select and the weight and size of the box.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options during checkout. Most orders are sent via UPS or USPS Ground. If you need an item expedited, you may contact us to request special shipping option, but we are only available during normal business hours.
We will ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Inoculum Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Inoculum Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we do offer optional insurance which will cover loss or damage during transit. Our insurance does not cover theft after the package has been successfully delivered (porch pirates).
To file a claim, please fill out a support ticket with us and we will file the claim on your behalf.
